T3 Susbsystems Fitting and POS

Yes I am aware you cannot refit a T3's subsystems unless docked in a station. And no I'm not here just to whine about it. I am just curious as to why this problem exists, and if there are any plans to address it.

I did some brief google searches and never saw any real answers.

It seems ironic that the modular benefit of T3's cannot be harnessed in some of the places it would be most useful (WH space etc).

I assume it is some sort of technical issue considering the ship would have to dynamically change its appearance in space vs in a station.

Anyhow, I figured I would ask here as it had the greatest likelyhood of getting a more 'official' response.
