I am currently going into day 7 of a support ticket wait time. Is this normal for 'Account Recovery' wait times?
I mean I don't mind being patient just looking for some clarification if I should be contacting them using a different medium or if this wait time is normal.

It would be great if we could give you a firm answer here, but the only real answer is just wait and no, there is no need to contact CCP through another medium.

If you logon to your account management and go to support, you can check that you submitted the ticket correctly, but otherwise just have to wait.

The good news is, no word from CCP doesn't mean no action, especially when it comes to account recovery stuff. They tend to look into things before replying to support tickets.

Sorry that isn't a more reassuring answer, but 7+ days is not unusual for that type of ticket, based on other threads that have been posted in the forum.

It shouldn't take that long unless your account has "issues" in regards that it's been hacked, used by someone else or the likes. That or you provided such little or mistaken information they really have to dig deep.

Thanks for the info! As I said I don't mind being patient. PC getting purchased at end of the week so I have time.

Being patient and polite is the best course of action, they will respond but it may take some time so no need to submit another ticket.

Account Recovery takes some time as it requires alot of background and information checking. Please be patient .
