Launcher Opens But Game Sticks on "Logging In"

As the title says, the game is freezing on the "Logging In" screen (The one with "Processing Bulk Data")

This is after a fresh install, I have yet to mess with anything so that I don't muddy the waters if anyone decides to help out.

I'm probably not good enough at linux to help you, but it would help a lot if you could post the log files. In the launcher, you can find at the top right corner a button with a menu to run the log recorder. You can also check ~/.local/share/CCP/EVE/launcher and find a log file with the date of when you tried to run the game, though I think that's only for the launcher, and not for the client.
