Docking to reinforced Citadel.

My question is about saving assets in a case if Citadel get attacked.

If attacker success and shields are zero, Citadel become Reinforced for some time until attacker can resume the attack.

However, my question is not about citadel attacking mechanism, it is rather about "save the goods".

1 Can I doc/undock Reinforced citadel?
(So, if I see that Citadel go to die, at least I will be able to save some assets.)

2 Can I doc/undock citadel if it is currently being attacked?

Not answering your exact question, but there's an Asset Safety system, your stuff will not drop if the citadel is destroyed (exception: WH space), you can (for a fee) have it moved to a nearby NPC station.

You can dock at a reinforced citadel, at least in highsec.

You can dock and haul your stuff out until the last second before a citadel goes boom (7 days after the first successful attack in known space).

Note that transferring assets to another Citadel or EC or NPC station in the same system is FREE.

However, one thing to beware of is offline services. If the service if offline, or the structure ran-out of fuel, the only way to get the stuff back is through the asset safety system. This applies to manufacturing, research, and the market services. Clones seem to be stuck.
