Best Forum for EVE Alliances?

I'm interested in setting up a forum for my alliance.

I've tried PHPBB, SMF, and a few self-coded things but they have all failed.

I've been a dutz and paid roughly 5 billion ISK to have two auth systems setup and they were never used.

I need something very very simple.

Required Features:
Arrow EVE Single SIgn On w/ NO API
Arrow Easy User Management System
Arrow Timerboards for POS & Structures
Arrow Event Calendar
Arrow User Groups w/ Private Forum Sections

What paid or free software is there that can fit these needs? I will need clear and step by step setup and installation documentation for this. A LOT of documentation is not written correctly and people get pissy when I point that out.

SMF is a good choice,

- TEMARS is not using SSO like you want but Classic api work fine for the moment.
- User management with Temars & SMF is very easy.
- Timerboards for POS -> POS will disapear & replaced by structure in few time so don't lose your time on managing this.
- Timerboards for structure -> To my knowledge, there is no existing API for this at the moment.
- You can use the event calendar of SMF (but not sync with eve online)
- Temars allow you to affect group to member and have private forum discussion in function of alliance, corporation, rôles etc...
