Bounty hunting isn't really a thing, partially because bounties don't change the security rules (bounty doesn't make someone a legal target in highsec, for example) and because the max payout at any one time is 20% of the value of the ship the person was flying when killed.

Ya good luck with that bounty thing, hope you have a large ISK reserve or a really good job because you are going to need it.

Before you start into your bounty hunting career I suggest you make a complete study of high sec rules of aggression because you are going to need to know these things because they control who and when you can shoot someone without getting the visit from Concord. Once you complete your study on high sec rules of aggression you casn study how Concord responds to those who violate those rules. And when you have completed these tasks you will understand why there are no true bounty hunters in EvE.

Oh and I suggest you use the search feature to look for the dozens of times this has been brought up in the past, you will find many interesting ideas and suggestions in those topics.
