Trouble ticket, 6 days no response.

Just curious if anyone else put in a trouble ticket and it is taking forever for so much as a response. Maybe its the time of year and everyone is on holiday? I'm trying to be patient, but 6 days on a billing issue is pretty bad.

Well your expectations are wrong...CCP will run the server with minimum staff and therfore you have to wait....

The CCP staff are largely expat and home for the holidays so they will be running with a skeleton crew. Tickets are prioritized and they are building a pretty good knowledgebase at the support site. https://support.eveonline.com/hc/en-us?lgn=-1

Make sure your issue isn't solved by one of the KB articles. I suspect that a billing issue will require the attention of a GM but a lot of tickets are easily resolved by a Google search or question in the forums. Odds are someone else has experienced the same problem and knows the answer.

Billing Tickets Take time as often they have to contact third parties such as Visa and Pay pal. They will get to you as soon as they can.
