I'm not sure if this is the right forum section. I couldn't find anywhere else to put this but I have an annoyance with some weird UI.

Press "Esc"
Go to "General Settings" tab
Move "Tooltips Delay" slider to the right.

Awesome. It's better but still comes up every so often if I am scrolling slowly.

Would love to be able to disable it entirely.
