In game locates not reporting folks docked at citadels.

I help run the Locates are Us channel, and provide a relatively large number of locates to the population of New Eden..

We have discovered something terrible. Locates of pilots docked in citadels do not come back with the 'station' name, just the system.

Please CCP. Can you tell the agents to get their acts together and get into the next century?
