Teamspeak makes Mac Client unplayable

Anyone else seen this?

I fire up teamspeak and the eve client is very slow, typing in chat channels is painful coming out at like modem speed and taking forever. very glitchy in space, random short freezes etc.

Even turned down all graphics settings to see if that worked. Nada.

Turn off TS and its fine again.

Without TS i can run client with max graphics settings no issues whatsoever.

I am still troubleshooting but hopefuly someone else has seen this and has a fix. Thanks in advance.

Update:

After going ahead and upgrading OS X to Sierra the issue has gone away so far.
