I am planning on putting a new low SP character out to roam low sec systems to rat, mission and maybe pirate some. He will start off in a Rifter. But for longer term low sec life will an AF (Wolf or Jag) or a Rupture be a better choice?

Hound would be good for Null-sec Ratting, maybe Low
