Hi friends,

I was looking to test out some explo stuff in Sisi. Is there a convenient way to, for example, find a sleeper site there? I'm not sure if there's something I'm doing wrong, but I've burned 30 null sec systems and haven't seen almost any cosmic signaures (red site)
