As a new and Alpha player you mayn't be aware of the various cultures which make up this game. That's not your fault, it takes time to learn; time which you apparently are unwilling to part with.

The evidence presented to us really gave us little choice but to find that - on balance - you were more likely to be guilty of espionage (at the very least), than not.

The Crime & Punishment (C&P) Sub-Forum has a long-established tradition of chuckling at those who throw a wobbly about the exploding of a spaceship in an exploding-spaceships game. Don't take yourself too seriously m8.

To the charges of being a Spai I find the defendant not guilty...
-Entire case based on hearsay
-This guy has nothing but honest noob losses.
-Coincidences happen.

To the counter suit, of 1 Gnosis I find the plantiff not liable...
-The defendant had 24 hours to leave corp
-The defendant was offered replacement and suitable offers and turned down

First off I think I'll start with plainspeak followed by a healthy dose of forum RP

@Gaius Victorius Maximus you really need to learn/realize a few things about eve. First up be detatched from you eve assets. You WILL lose them and getting upset about it is like deliberately cutting yourself in a shark tank. Second is that paranoia keeps you alive alot more so than trust. Trust is hard earned and easily lost in eve. Finally all the best content is 100% player made. Our little Court of Crime and Punishment is a good example of a 100% player driven thing with absolutely no connection to the actual game devs/mods and doesn't claim to be. It has done some very fun/funny things in the past and good laughs/fights have been had over it. If you ever feel slighted in eve and want revenge ask in this subsection of the forums and you may be surprised by the suggestions/help.


The Court of Crime and Punishment is not needed here however it will now speak on some issues raised

Thankyou for following our Laws and posting on your main. While this case seems to be entirely based on suspicion/heresay it is very much the right and privlidge of any CEO to flip the firendlyfire switch at any point and attempt to murderise his Corp mates. Hell it wouldn't be Eve without a good awox every so often. I was inclined to issue sanctions against the OP purely because of the crappy post but than you kept talking.

Shame on you for posting something that could be potentially career ruining and devistating to the defendant on an ALT. However I do note after it was pointed out you did come and post on your Main so it is all forgiven in that regard. My suggestion next time you visit our fine sub section is to post your OP in the form of a story and why/how you murderised one of your corp members so both the victim and the forum lurkers can get some entertainment/learning experience from the whole thing.

So to close this case up on the Court of Crime and Punishment side of things I order the OP to do a better job and make his future AWOX ventures more entertaining. Gaius Victorius Maximus is ordered to go experience a bit more of eve. I reccomend Eve uni for a couple of months followed by a corp in atleast 2 different areas of space based on your favourite campus in eve uni (or other like organization. Finally NEVER turn down free things.
