Recovery of Hacked account

I find that I lost almost 500 Million ISK overnight due to a hacker in China apparently...and he took 16 Million skill point as well. So do I have any recourse as the last year of gametime has been lost and I now can barely fly what I own. I guess what I really want to know is who do I contact at CCP to get this fixed...

Click Eve universe at the top right. Find support in the drop down list. Click it.

Ah yes. The classic EVE cautionary tale.

If you want ISK, buy it from CCP or one of their approved resellers. Not shady sites that are obviously made with Google Translate.

Indeed, though it's hard to blame them when it costs 1/3 as much from re sellers. Still PLEX has helped curb their business practices as a result.

Anyway, hope you get your stuff restored. If it weren't against the EULA I'd just had you one of my 20m sp accounts I no longer use and save you the time. :(

File a support ticket through the above link. Do not expect a quick recovery as CCP takes account hacks very seriously and they have to go through several logs and investigative steps.

As always, take this chance to implement 2 factor auth if you haven't.
