Wormhole route from null to high sec

I heard that finding wormholes that lead you from null sec to high sec is very lucrative. If so, well I found a short one in DETORID back to high sec, you only need to pass through 1 wormhole system and it lands you nicely between Jita and Dodixie. So, what's it worth to you?

Edit: oh ya and forgot to mention, both holes are still in the beginning to decay phase
