Server status unknown?

Well the problem is is that the client shows as the server status being unknown. I traced the server and came to the conclusion it's online, the app on my phone shows it's online. Yet, unable to connect.

The router's fine, the internet's fine, everything is alright. Yet for some reason the Client refuses to participate...

Y'know what, nvm. I quit. I'm sick of not being able to get any kind of support all day and the fact that I'm going to have to re-download the installer is just rediculous. Takes too much time to have to do it over and over again. First it was steam's bs, and now I can't even get some proper techinical support to actually play a game that I paid for HOPING to enjoy what little time I have left as a civilian before I go to Ft. Benning for BCT.



I wouldn't have cared if it was support by other players or some actual CCP employee; I just wanted to get some help on fixing an obvious technical problem. But nope; view counter rising with no reply counter rising proving no one wants to help. Not even a confirmation saying that other people are having the same problem.

I do indeed; it use to be a day that I could celebrate with the family. But, with the lack of communication and with me being in Kentucky and them being in Florida, and lack of funds, I can't really participate in Christmas.

However, I'm sure that there are some individuals, CCP or not, that are available to obtain the correct information to fix the relevant problem. Even then, there are some people who don't participate all together. Regardless, someone should have the information despite it being Christmas.

Hmm, I'd guess your problem is your brother or (hopefully good looking) sister downloading so much p... erotical movies... that the eve client cannot detect the server status. I've had a similar situation if running a few torrents, if they reach my max capacity of download, eve would not detect the server.

Talk to your family, ask if they'd share what they'r downloading.

I suspect EVE may not be the game for you if one hour is too long to wait for something to get done.

Didn't know the general forum was the right place to get technical support, I also didn't know that support on this obvious support forum is required to answer within the hour, especially so on Xmas day.
