Engineering Complex Fitting tool that shows bonuses ?

I am walking down the path to hanging a few Engineering Complexes and was interested if any players had created a tool similar to the IGB Pos planner tool but showing the bonuses as well as cpu/pg etc.

You can fit an Engineering Complex (or Citadel) using the in game fitting tool in simulation mode. It's nice because you can try various rig combinations without spending anything.

When you have a fit you like, login to singularity and test it.
