So we have these 2nd and 3rd "off line" characters that for the most part don't train. (I don't really wish to pay extra for dual train cert)

However, if CCP allows me to train a Alpha clone to "X" level, is there a way or process that I could "transfer" my 2nd and/or 3rd toon to a new Alpha, train it up to the max alpha level and then xfer it back to my primary omega account?

Would be a way to train up a 2nd or 3rd toon from your omega account to a level equal to that of an alpha.

What is quite nice is to start an alt as a alpha clone, train all skills you want for free and than take the cheap one-time offer for new omega clones. 6 or 12 month plus a plex from the "invite a freind programm" at a great discount. Now you can train at double speed until your alt is ready to transfer to you main account. Much, much cheaper than dual training and 7/13 month plus the alpha skills is enough for most alts.

Nope, it takes PLEX to transfer.

Greg's idea is the way to go. Train up the alt for a year, then transfer it, once, to your main account. You actually save yourself a transfer by just making a new alpha rather than trying to make a noob slot on your main transfer INTO an Alpha account.
