my account was active during the time of the mirror and sub endded 24 of january i direcetly resubbed but stil got locked into alpha CCP please Reactivate cause i wanted to try out stuf wich im not able for no good reason..

2 of my accounts are locked in Alpha Clones. Neither one has ever been an alpha on TQ. So please fix this account and the account with character "Cora Galtar".

This character was an omega at the time of the mirror, but is an Alpha on SISI. Can't see why this is the case but would really appreciate it if it could be upgraded.

i have never been alpha clone since ive have played, for the first few days i was in omega clone on sisi and one day it pust me in alpha clone and i am unable to go back to omega. -can you help me!

This account's subscription was due to be renewed on the 26th and subsequently lost it's omega status on SISI. Please fix.

Hi there, Could i get my account made omega on sisi?
I always disable the auto-billing, so i was un-subbed for a day, and it appears that the mirror must have happened at just the wrong time for me.

Any help would be greatly appreciated, my corps having fun without me :(

Hello!

My account has been active (Omega) for the last 2 months or so, which I'm sure the mirror was taken in the last 3 weeks or so as I was sitting in my alliances new staging citadel.

Could you please swap my count from the incorrect Alpha status to Omega status?

All my accounts were in Omega at mirror and now my subs are up it wont let me be omega, I even grinded 90billion isk for a plex for it to not work....


Please fix this

I can't log to Sisi, when i change Launcher to second server then i got message:
