Title,
Want to buy a pvp char somewhere in the 5-15m SP range, with a price up to 4bil.

Most favorable if:
Can fly bombers/covops, scan decently
Can fly dictors
Can fly a t3
Stratios Pilot
Can fly a wormhole pve ship (Ie battleship, snake or tengu)

This character will be living in a wormhole, so I guess just a general utility wormhole char between 5 and 15m sp?
Be creative, I will be considering all offers within a reasonable price range

4 bill can give you with much luck 10km character (i purchase one in that state some weeks ago), but your search is unrealistic. Seek better a cheap tengu pilot or use injectors.

I am not saying I am looking for the specific character on the list. I am merely saying that this should give you an idea of what I want. I said I am considering all offers.
