Can someone tell me if im missing something here

I have

reprocessing V

reprocessing Eff V


Veldspar V

Station 54%


im currently sitting on 75.1% refine.

No implant yet but i will add before refining


Question

1. What is the maxed refine rate in a 54% station. Ive been told its 72% maxed but i dont know if this is correct

2. If i add a 4% implant on 75.1 does it rise to 78.1

Bonuses are multiplicative so:

54% x 1.15(reprocessing 5) x 1.1(reprocessing efficiency 5) x 1.1(veldspar 5) x 1.04 (RX-804 implant) = 78.14% maximum in a 54% facility

It may be possible, that the effect of the implant is NOT shown correctly in the preview.
