Include Mining and Bounties in the Combat Log

I noticed that some messages that appear in the overview (f.e. Bounty payment, Mining amount) are not logged in the combat logs and the log file.

You can manuelly activate/deactivate the mining notification and so I think these should be added to the normal log file & log viwer aswell.

(Also an ESI-API Endpoint would be very handy for this kind of informations)

Could agree with this one, so next time i have to ask someone "exactly what an how much did you mine?" the person can just copy paste from their log.
