Is there a program that lets me pause/start skill training?

My monitor broke and all i have is this 10 year old laptop, EVE wont run at all on here. I had two characters training but the training time ran out for the second character and instead of continuing training on the character with 220 days queue it decided to continue training on the character with no skills in queue. Are there any programs that can start and stop my training qeues? I dont need to change them i just need to pause/start. Ugh

There is no program and such a program if it did exist would possibly violate the EULA.
