I apologize if this has been discussed previously, but I didn't see a recent thread on it. With the new fleet booster changes what are the stipulations for a neutral character boosting (warfare links) an alliance fleet currently at war? Are you flagged as a wartarget? Suspect? Nothing? Aside from being suspect it doesn't particularly matter, just want to know what to expect.

Fleet boosting via the new command bursts should not render one suspect under any circumstances. I have verified most combinations personally.

Of course, you have to be on grid now, so if you're in losec you're likely to get shot at even without a suspect flag.

The only kind of neutral assistance that will produce a suspect flag is targeted assistance such as remote reps, remote sensor boosting, etc.

ok how about this, if i as member of a npc corp, leads a fleet of npc corp, miners for example, ( this ruling out war targets) and one of the fleet members is attacked, can i give them reps, since they were illegally attacked by say a certain group of gankers?

or say if the fleet is infiltrated by a spy, and a member of my fleet intentionally commits a criminal aggression, will i incur the criminal timer?

does having my sfety set to green influence those mecahinics at all?

Was thinking something like this also, like having alphas get boosts from orcas, and me repping them. If the alpha was on a 'safari' and hit his merc mates, as I was repping/remote whatever.. will i inherit a limited engagement or suspect flag.

Will anyone else in my fleet inherit timers? Will our green safety prevent, say drones from attacking?

Sorry, just got back to mining and all that..
