Need a main since coming back and i miss my Mach. Fbocusing on subcap stuff.

Must haves:

Good core skills (powergrid-cpu-drones-shield-armor)
The 5 shared turret skills to 5 (not the energy-related one)
Weapon upgrades 5
Large projectiles 5
Small projectiles 5
T2 small and med drones
Good shield skills
Minnie cruiser 5
Minnie Battleship 5
Minnie frigate 5

Nice to have but not strictly necessary:

Advanced Weapon Upgrades 5
T2 Sentries
Gallente Battleship 5
Large autocannon spec 5
All 8 armor/shield resist skills to 5
Cloaking 5
Stealth bomber 5
Caldari frigate to 5
T2 torp launchers and torps
T2 HAMS
Good scanning skills
Other race's maxed ship classes are welcome.

Budget is 20 bill. I'll consider a toon if 1-2 must have's are missing but have several of the other nice things i like.
