Question about freeport XL Citadels

1. Is it possible for a Freeport XL Citadel to suddenly become non-freeport, like in a split second? Or is there a time interval, and if you have assets in the Citadel you get notified?

2. What happens to a Supercap if it's docked in a Freeport XL Citadel, but the citadel gets destroyed?

3. And lastly, what if you have assets in a Freeport Citadel, but all of a sudden it becomes non-freeport, or if it goes offline?

Thanks.

From my experience, access changes seem to be instant, though overview changes require a downtime to reflect the access change.

There is no notification.

https://support.eveonline.com/hc/en-us/articles/208289365-Asset-Safety

"Everything in the player's Item Hangar and Ship Hangar is moved into the Asset Safety wrap. This includes supercarriers and titans."

Nothing happens. You simply lose access.

However, you can manually trigger asset safety to regain access to your stuff.

If you are already docked and lose access, you get a warning upon attempting to undock, notifying you that you cannot re-dock.
