It has 3 runs left and the thing it makes is worth 20 mill or so any ideas?

Do a search in contracts. You will find a bunch of them on the market - most in the 1-5 million range and one wishful thinker asking 30 million. Newer listings have lower prices so it looks like you should expect the lower end of the range.

Look at how much it costs to build the item, and how much the item sells for, that'll give you an idea.
