I redeemed two of my gifts at 02:00 christmas day. Are you sure you dont mean you must have "chosen" your gift by Dec 21st?

Please submit a petition under 'Billing and Account', 'Reactivation Offers' if you did not get to choose a Christmas gift. This is not a guarantee that a gift will be issued but GM Q and the billing GM's have been regular little Santas Smile

Please also note that over the holiday period there will be a delay in petition responses so please be patient.

You can redeem them anytime, but you had to choose one from your account management screen by the 21st. As they advertised it for 10 days with mails, logon ads, devblogs and several hot threads at the forums, your attempt to call that someone else's fault is lame.

how long do we have to redeem our gift? I chose them but I'm not able to login for a couple weeks.

I think, so long as you chose one, it will be in your redeem system, next time you log in. Whenever that might be.
