When you have a particularly productive extractor and you try to route it over a level 1 link, you can get the error message stating that the route would overload the link. Usually, I can just upgrade the link, but if it's a long link, I might not have the power left to do so. I would like the option to just run as much P0 over that link as it will take and loose the rest.

set up better your heads should not be far from a storehouse/ launchpad

I've found a cunning way around this, but it'll cost you.
