Motivations are not based on the poultry sums offered by sellers and extractors. I am looking for a buyout of 16bil

You aren't going to get 16bil for a character trained this badly. You've tried to make him a Paladin and a Golem pilot and the result is that he's at best mediocre at flying both of them.

Probably not to those like yourselves who are only using the toons for skill extraction. However your statement is flawed and shows a desire to discredit without credibility the sale of a toon through miss information. Based on your postings it is clear you are using a market strategy of buy low extract, sell extracted sp, sell extracted toons in order to maximize your profits. So i can understand why you would make unrealistic poultry offers when your margins are so tight and skill extractors must also be taken into account. So please kindly stop trying to derail/undermine a sale so that you can obtain a lower price.

I actually don't buy and sell for profit :)

My point is that the only toons that sell for higher than extraction value are those that are trained in a focused and proper manner, yours isn't.
