I asssembled a neut-noctis myself some time ago and did everything I could to bait mission runners into attacking me, but they just wouldn't do it...Evil

You need to get the right runner or the right mission. Personally I've had great success with damsel for some reason

I've lived in various low sec systems, so it's possible we had run into each other, but I can't remember it either.
When I had much more time to spend on eve and all my accounts active, I was mainly involved with infiltration and intelligence stuff..so if my name rings any bells now it would mean I did a shoddy job back then. Ugh

Didn't happen to operate in Hek/Rens region in say 2013/2014? otherwise it must just be forum ship toasting
