By taking whichever one is closest to me, lifting it to my lips, and then throwing it in your face and throttling you -- if I suspect either one contains poison, you're trying to kill me, and I get to try and kill you right back, convoluted nth-order thinking be damned.

Have you ever been accused of not fitting your racial stereotypes?

Over and over and over again, typically by those who know nothing but the stereotypes.

Do you identify strongly with any lineage or culture that isn't your own? Which?

So many times. I mean, look at me. I'm a very awkward person. I've had a few capsuleers and many more baseliners tell me that I don't really sound like I'm "Gallentean". And frankly, I don't really think I fit most stereotypes either..

What's one racial stereotype you fit daily?

..I seem to have missed Miss Ishikari's post. Sorry. I'll try to avoid doing that again..

I wouldn't say I really identify with it, but I feel like I need to learn more about Caldari culture. There have been.. issues between the State and the Federation. And since I am from the Federation, I feel like I should learn more about Caldari culture and the State in general before I start to form opinions on them.

One where there is no reason to yearn for an ideal world.

How far will you go to get a good cup of coffee?

On the equatorial band of Arnola II there is a profusion of tropical river valleys which produce an array of tobacco cultivars, among them the coveted 'Bright Blond' varieties. What is less known is that the soils that produce these prized leaves also nurture an exceedingly lively bean jestingly called flora supernatura. Relatively limited in quantity, usually only available in early winter of the New Eden standard calendar, and fully worth the expense.

So to answer your question, my record so far is one-and-one-half parsec.

When was a time that you felt furthest from 'home', and was physical proximity a factor?

A very black one, at that. That's a bold confession there, Matias. We'll see what comes of it.

I think I've become quite rootless, over the years of drifting around low- and nullsec, and now w-space. I don't even own personal real estate anymore. I've substituted with people I'm comfortable around, and states I'm in.

These days I really appreciate the edge of sleep: satisfied tiredness, the simple comfort of rest, and idle dreams crowding out the general chaos and stress of the day.

Every so often it comes out that people think of me as child-like, or even "a child." I don't think that's completely wrong (my subjective experience is about two years old, now), and I've sometimes even described myself as a ridiculously well-educated two (now) year-old.

I also don't feel like it's very accurate, though. Based on my biological age my brain's judgment centers should be pretty well developed, and it's not like I don't know things. I might be a little naive sometimes, but it's a little hard for me to tell what part of that is me being ignorant or foolish and me just ... kind of not caring a lot what happens to me, or what people think. If it feels like I should do something, I maybe don't care a lot if I suffer or disappear from this world because I do what I think is right. My existence is not so dear to me as that.

(So far I haven't had to revert to a backup. Occasionally to my surprise.)

Maybe some lessons you only really learn from remembered pain, though. I've collected some of those, including one or two that made me want to die. I hope it's possible to be "a grownup" without being basically a big ball of scar tissue.

Yes.

Fills me with intrigue. These drone hives are probably relatively isolated from one another due to the difficulty of getting into contact with each other and humanity, and thus, they may develop unique phenotypes during their isolation. That would make an interesting study.

Other than the big names, which Gallente politicians should I know of?

Unease, to know that these murderous machines built by gallenteans have found their way there before us is unsettling.

If you held the cure to this Kyonoke crisis and your enemy stood before you with their family begging for it, would you give it to them? Why or why not?

It depends on the season, the time of day, the density of the rain and so many other factors, although due to the gleaming golden spires, the rain - water being reflective, can sometimes be a beautiful golden hue when there is a mix of sun and clouds, positively divine!

I for one have thoroughly enjoyed this thread with its little glimpses into the background, culture, stories, quirks, and personalities of my fellow denizens of new Eden.

Now for my question, timely in my case, where would you go for your Honeymoon in New Eden?

There's a mountain rising near the edge of a town back home. On it there are names inscribed, two as one, when there's a joining. My name is on there, and...

... no, I'm sorry. Thought I was past this.

I will oblige, though I'm getting to old to think of such things. But if I had a choice it would be the Intaki Homeworld.

I'm sure this has been asked before but do you ever plan to retire as a capsuleer? If so, is it anytime soon?

In respect to Miz's request I'll step up.

Korama IV. Yes, it's a gas planet, yes it'd be on a basic residential hab-dome, but the sky during the passing storms beat the ever-living snot out of any firework's show. That, and if the old foreman is alive he has some nice quarters with an artificial garden and a favour he owes me.

Edit: Well, thank you very much Mr Revenent...

Yes. I do. When the time is right, when I'm so sick of being a pod pilot I'd rather kill myself, or if I find a better calling, I'll retire.

How far have you ever gone to make up for something you'd done?
