Eve launches then Minimized

Have Eve running on main PC with no issue, but on my Microsoft Surface Book, lately the game starts the immediately minimizes. I can bring it up and see the screen for a split sec (and it looks fine) but then minimizes again. I have updated to the latest Nvida driver which made no difference. I went so far as uninstalling/reinstalling Eve and still the same issue.

Anyone else running into this? Anything I can try?
