Got ass raped doing this in a Proteus. Any advise on what ship to do this solo?

Tengu. Note it's not that ships that will kill you but the blaster sentries. The first pocket is not a great deal but the second pocket will have some of the highest DPS you'll find in Serpentis space. In the second pocket don't even lock up the lodge until you've cleared the initial spawn unless you've got a very shiny tank.
