Payment made, billed & have receipt but still Alpha status

Not sure what's going on with my account. I paid to activate Omega on this account but when I check I still see Alpha status. I made payment through CCP account management, I was billed at my end. Anyone aware of delays in account activation/upgrade recently ?

Try restarting the client. Other than that you'll want to submit a support ticket, you won't get the level of help you want from the forums.

I had submitted ticket & restarted client etc. I was just asking if anyone else experienced this issue while I wait for response from CCP.

Did you buy PLEX or did you click on one of their "Upgrade to Omega" discount offers?

Because PLEX will just be waiting in your Redeem Items box, you need to apply it from the Character Sheet to count as game time.

I upgraded to Omega through the CCP Account portal. Just shows "Pending". Never had to wait before & payment method is same as usual.

* Just looked at my CCP account & now under Status is states "Failed" yet I still was charged, no reimbursement etc.
