I have tried for days now to set the Astrahus up to allow public docking, rent office space, reprocess minerals etc. I have a public profile, and have set it up to allow public to use, however no one can dock and use it. It does not even show in the structure browser under "public". I have sent tickets and no one has responded. Can some one walk me through this to allow it? I tried all the things found on Google - nothing has worked.

In structure browser, on My Structures tab, there should be a Structure Profile. Select that and then in the right hand pane, select the Profile Settings tab. The select Docking.

You need to create an Access list here for docking rights.

On Docking Access, click the cross > manage access lists, this brings up the access lists window.

Bottom left, click the cross for New Access List

Name it Test or whatever

Now look at the bottom right of the frame, there is a globe. Click that and it adds Public to the access list.

Close the access list window, you are back in the structure browser.

You should now be able to add the new access list to Docking Access.

Hope this makes sense, I walked through it myself while typing this.

P.S. - once that "public" access list is created, you should be able to add it to the Corporation Offices tab, etc. to control access to other features/functions.
