Returning After Over 10 Years Away to Tutorial Stopping Bug

All,

After over a 10 year break I decided to return and pay under a paid account. Apparently when I played before I never got far enough, so it has me going through the tutorial again. When it gets to the part about skill training, it has me drag the Acceleration Control book to the queue. However, I have this skill already from playing before. It will not let me progress past this point.

Is this a bug that I cannot get past, or does anyone have a workaround?

For completeness in the event anyone else runs into this:

Adding the skill to the training queue will also satisfy the requirements. If you are at level five that could be a problem however...
