This is public notice that I'm accepting a loan for 5b ISK at a rate of 5%/month, with no specified end date.

Expansion of loan in the future is possible and will be discussed and approved with original lender prior to any expansion, with lender receiving first right of refusal before any public request for funds will be made.

I will ask Roedyn to confirm here for verification.
