Launcher update - game content is deleted every time

Is it normal that the game content is deleted by launcher update? Shocked

I have a slow internet connection and activated the option "download everything". But with every launcher uptate I must download the whole content again and this take some hours... Ugh

Got the same problem. Though I didnt chose "upload everything".
