Character select screen broken.

I cannot log in to or delete my clones or even create new clones. When i launch the game when i am greeted with the character select screen all the stats of my characters are gone and when i click on them nothing happens. Same with trying to create a new character.

If anyone knows how fix this issue or has encountered it as well please respond to this post.

I am having the same problem, did you have any luck? I tried In launcher, Upper menu, choose Shared Cache.. then Verify, The verify button is not available to be clicked on mine

this issue just cropped up for me, verifying cache now

With thanks to Nana Skalski, verifying the game cache worked for me.
