Support is not working!!!

21 ******* days without any help.
I have sent you 4 (four) ******* e-mails TO 2 (two) addresses and in addition to that the only thing I got were some stupid automated mass mails with no help whatsoever!

The next thing that happened was the mods closing a topic.
Closing the only thing that at least gave me a feeling of not been left behind.

Three days ago I got this message: "Your message wasn't delivered. Despite repeated attempts to deliver your message, the recipient's email system refused to accept a connection from your email system."

Are you ******* kidding me???

I insist on a statement on this affair and do not you dare to come up with your support mail because that **** is not working!

Recreating or re-opening a thread that has been closed by a moderator is prohibited. Threads that have been closed by a moderator have been closed for the benefit of the community. Re-opening a locked thread will result in its removal.


If you haven't already file a support ticket here https://support.eveonline.com/hc/en-us via the account you are currently posting on with the issue and the accounts you are having trouble with.

GM's will not respond to personal support request made in the forums. These are only handled via the support ticket system. Nor can ISD's view/modify/update your tickets as we are not CCP employees and we do not (nor would you want us to) have access to the support and account system. While it is frustrating, I unfortunately can not help you with this issue.
