Been at this for 2 days posted in mad places and no closer to getting it to work but I think I got it down now. I jsut need a file that I am missing.

link to my reddit thread here you can see all that I did. New OS install, upgrades, etc,

The file I need is:

home/.eve/ResFiles/83/831e3f7afbd5e7e0_d58a99e6c560f91cca58a77ca9ded442

the file is 831e3f7afbd5e7e0_d58a99e6c560f91cca58a77ca9ded442 located in folder /83/

Any help and I would be, as I have said to many times, VERY GRATEFUL! Please let me know if you can upload this very small file and send me a link for download. Google docs is best. Anyway, thanks!
