I think the Vexor and Ishtar should become a Overhaul.

Any other ship now has a nice Animation when Warping, and as far as I know the Vexor and Ishtar Ship Modules have only become a rebalance in Stats previosly. Its time for a new Outfit guys.

In all honesty i like those two hulls. It's not like everything nowadays needs moving parts for the sake of it. Rather have better resolution on current textures.
