Manufacturing job stuck

Going to try my luck here. Tryed CCP support, they answerred after 7 days with it should be solved. Nothing really changed, send an email still no reaction.

First need to get this of my chest, 7 days reply on support for a paid service is UNEXCEPTABLE!

So I have 2 manufacturing jobs I maniged to start with the delivery job being a container. Was able to start the job, however cannot deliver it! Since the container is to small (well duh a station container won't fit into a large container).

We need to option to change the delivery location after the job has finished...

Move the container to a different location (or rename it). Then it will deliver to whatever hangar the container was in.

Don't ask me why I know that. Oops

It's likely that every Eve player who has ever manufactured anything has had this problem, and there seems to be a new thread in the forums every week - most in science & industry.

A Google search will solve most common problems, others have probably been encountered by the community if you ask on the forums. The GM's are swamped with thousands of new or returning players and focused on serious problems that require their assistance. Something easily solved using Google or community support is at the bottom of the priority list

TBH the fix for this would be to validate the size of the receiving area and not allow spots that are too small - but, you know development priorities.

Yeah been there done that.

Renaming it wont help.

Just pick up the container and dump it into a ship then deliver the job.

Yeah it would be great if they fixed this bug.

The CSM gets in the way of CCP communicating properly with the players of this game.

After all we are not just players, we are customers.

Time for the CSM to be disbanded.
