I wanted to see how much I can get for this char

Seeing as I can make about 17bill for it by skill extracting and it would cost me 2 plex to move it over.

Miminum bid will be 19,5 bill

Notes to add:
Can use Ishtar for ratting
Has good drone skills so can handle Rattlesnake well. Has skills for tech 2 Sentrys, light, medium and heavy drones
Will be able to fly Flycatcher in 12 days just finishing that now.
Good skills for Cerberus ( Both light and heavy missiles II)
