Wandering Research Store

Suggestion for an agent-in-space type store vendor. SoE vendor research flotilla is a cosmic signature which must be scanned down with combat probes. You have an audio cue to their presence in system with unique comms chatter.

Up to a dozen research flotillas are wandering around through New Eden in all areas of space. They change position at downtime.

Starting a convo with the research sales agent of the wandering flotilla opens up a SoE loyalty store menu in space. Items are offered from the Project Discovery line-up (including boosters, armors, augmentations) and are bought with ISK and Analysis Kredits at a well discounted rate from SoE station counterparts.

Rare, limited supply items can also be purchased from these wandering vendors. These could include;
-Special Edition Augments or Lab Coats
-SoE SKINs for ships and pods
-Enhanced Drifter Boosters
-Early release items (i.e. an item that the flotilla has that will not appear in SoE stations for another several weeks or more).
