Wow! EVE is really realistic! Anyone can pretend to be a police officer and physically molest you as you travel without any consequences! :D

Supposedly it is part of CCP's plan to actually codify that in a new customs mechanic, allowing you to scan for drugs and pop those that have them....or something like that.

I feel excited every time somebody targets my haulers in highsec. Sadly, most people are not actually stupid, or fast, enough to shoot.

I remember seeing an Inty III fit that has guns and tank fitted. It was intended to steal from jetcans. If you ran into a hulk that decided to fight back with scout drones, it was supposedly able to tank the damage and pop the hulk.

Inty V was supposedly not used as people were intimidated by them and would just pack up and leave. Basically, you were counting on people underestimating you.

put your stuff in a secure container and then put that container in your cargo hold I believe that they can't see your stuff then . It is the EvE equivalent of putting on an extra pair of panties.

Learning solo PvP, one explosion at a time.

If someone scans you, you should be allowed to shoot them without consequence. As it is now, you cant. Uninvited scanning is an aggrressive act IMO.

It's only aggressive if they don't do a reacharound.

You can put your stuff in a can and courier it to yourself from an alt. You can use the Orca's corp hangar. One of those options tells a would-be suicide ganker that you've got something worth hiding, so it's probably more valuable than the cost of the gank.

You can't scan the Corp hanger of an Orca so haul the expensive stuff there. Or put a courier contract up with an alt the package is not scannable to what's in it either.
