I think the player corporation NPE should be standardized somehow. A lot like a style guide. CCP can't enforce things like that directly of course, but they can still put out a recommended set of guidelines for what a new player should experience.

A list of player characters and their responsibilities to the new player (If you need ____ contact _____ via _____)
