FORCE AUX SKILL BOOKS - were they refunded yet?

I returned to the game like a year ago, bought all these skill books for every race thinking they were 50m, not 500m. I was informed that the cost would be re-reimbursed either by SP trained into them or ISK Value. I took a break in-between then and now.

I don't see these skill books in my hangar. I don't know if my ISK was refunded.

Any idea?

I see they were changed to just normal carrier skill books.
