Eve Portal app displays wrong time on skill queue

Eve Portal app takes in account the time zone setting from the device, substracting or adding the +/- hours to training time.
Example: I'm in GMT+2 time zone. The app says i have 13 hours to go on the skill I'm currently training while the game says I have 15 hours to go.
